Discover Retirement Homes for Sale Information
Regency at Summerlin, built by Toll Bros., will be at the south end of Summerlin, just south of Sunset Rd. and just off of Hualapi.
Summerlin property edges to the east of Hualapi in this area, so at this point.
I am not sure which side of Hualapi the development will be built on.
It will be in the very southern edge of Summerlin in the new Cliffs Village Summerlin.
Approximately 425 retirement homes for sale homes are scheduled to be built at sizes ranging from 1,600 to 2,400 sq. ft..
Amenities will include a 16,000 sq. ft. “amenity center” with an indoor lap pool, outdoor pools, tennis courts and clubhouse.
The 55 plus real estate community will be “staff gated”. Not sure at this point, what that means exactly.
Two New Age Restricted Communities Las Vegas NV
No information on pricing or new home age restricted floor plans yet but I would think that they will be all single story. Pricing from the low $300,000’s to the mid $400,000’s?
Heritage at Cadence age restricted communities Las Vegas NV will be built in the new Cadence master plan in Henderson, Nevada.
This master plan is just north and east of the intersection on Lake Mead Dr. and Boulder Highway.
Heritage at Cadence 55 plus real estate will feature a collection of 20 distinctive floor plans, in four retirement communities in Nevada neighborhoods ranging from approximately 1,700 to 3,000 square feet.
Heritage will also feature Lennar’s “Everything’s Included” package with many upgrades like granite countertops, raised-panel maple cabinetry, home automation and much more.
Per Lennar there will be a 20,000 square-foot recreation center with an indoor lap pool, craft rooms, billiards room, game room, a grand ballroom, multi-purpose rooms and a cafe.
Age restricted communities Las Vegas NV residences can also enjoy a fitness center, along with an aerobics studio.
Again per Lennar, outdoors, 55 plus real estate residents can enjoy the beautiful pool and patio with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains.
There are also several bocce ball and tennis courts, as well as horseshoe pits for gathering with neighbors.
An outdoor BBQ provides a great meeting place for various community events.
This will be a retirement homes for sale guard gated community with around 900 homes in all, per the Lennar information.
They will be basically single story with some having a partial second floor addition.
First New Communities in Last 10 Years 55 Plus Real Estate
Regency at Summerlin I would expect to be higher in price than Heritage at Cadence.
The Summerlin “dirt” is some of the highest priced in the valley.
Regency at Summerlin will also be adjacent to newer and higher priced home options.
Even though Heritage at Cadence is adjacent to some older and less expensive home options, It does have both Tuscany and Lake Las Vegas as communities nearby and not adjacent but in the immediate area.
