Our 1% Listing Program lets you sell your home with full professional RE/MAX service while paying only 1% commission. This is significantly lower than the traditional 2.5%–3% or higher most agents charge.
How much money will I actually save?
On a $600,000 home you can save roughly $9,000–$12,000. On a $1,000,000 home the savings are typically $15,000–$20,000 or more. We will give you an exact savings estimate during your free consultation.
Is the service the same as a full-price listing?
Yes. You receive the same high level of service: professional photography, virtual tours, MLS exposure, marketing, negotiation, and full closing support.
Will my home still be on the MLS?
Yes. Your home will be fully listed on the MLS and all major real estate websites for maximum exposure.
How does the buyer’s agent fee work?
The buyer’s agent fee is typically 2%–2.5% and is negotiable. We work with you to set a competitive rate that attracts serious buyers while protecting your net proceeds
